How do astronauts get to and from the ISS?

Currently, astronauts and cosmonauts arrive at the International Space Station (ISS) via a Soyuz vehicle. The Soyuz is a Russian vehicle. It launches from Baikonur, in Kazakhstan. A Soyuz is launched to the ISS every three months and each sub-crew stays for about six months.
